- for Universiti Teknologi Mara (UiTM), Tapah Campus under Public Finance Initiative (PFI) Program

GFM currently has a contract with UiTM for duration of 23 years with three years of facilities management consultancy during construction & development phase with the remainder 20 years of facility management upon operation period. The new Tapah campus has a total developed area of 80 acres and facilities consisting of an Administration Office, Library, and Academic Block among others.
